Our shipping options include:

Regular Shipping: Delivered via EMS (12-20 days through Government Post) depending on the destination.

Express Shipping: For expedited delivery, typically arrives in 7-12 days. Orders of 6 boxes or more qualify for free Express Shipping.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order. Please note war times also may prolong shipping.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are received and completed. Please note that we do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.
We offer free regular shipping for all orders worldwide. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Orders of 6 boxes or more qualify for free Express Shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package.

Unless otherwise specified at checkout, the terms of trade on our site are 'DAP' (Delivered at Place without payment of duty and taxes of the destination country) when no advance duty and tax are collected. Under DAP, the following responsibilities are assigned to the Buyer and Seller:
a. Payment for the goods purchased;
b. Cost of import clearance inspection;
c. Import formalities and payment of destination duties and taxes. If the buyer opts for the carrier to handle these formalities, they must provide a shipment-specific Power of Attorney to the carrier and cover the associated charges;
d. Ensuring the complete address is provided during ordering, along with a correct email and phone number (issued in the destination country).

b. Pickup, carriage, and door delivery to the provided address;
c. Handling origin customs formalities.
2 Returns Policy
We offer a no-risk 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received and inspected your return.
